Na associa\u00e7\u00e3o Palco Escola A\u00e7\u00f5es em Valores Humanos, dedicada ao ensino e \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica teatral entre outras artes, a atua\u00e7\u00e3o de volunt\u00e1rios n\u00e3o apenas viabiliza a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades, mas tamb\u00e9m enriquece o ambiente com diversidade de talentos, perspectivas e um profundo senso de comunidade. O engajamento volunt\u00e1rio promove a inclus\u00e3o social, fortalece a igualdade de oportunidades e gera um impacto positivo tanto para quem recebe quanto para quem doa seu tempo e conhecimento, consolidando a arte como ferramenta de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o e conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O Voluntariado e a Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira<\/strong><\/p>\n

No Brasil, o trabalho volunt\u00e1rio \u00e9 devidamente regulamentado pela Lei n\u00ba 9.608, de 18 de fevereiro de 1998. Esta legisla\u00e7\u00e3o estabelece diretrizes claras para proteger tanto a institui\u00e7\u00e3o quanto o volunt\u00e1rio, garantindo transpar\u00eancia e seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica para ambas as partes.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a lei, considera-se servi\u00e7o volunt\u00e1rio a atividade n\u00e3o remunerada prestada por pessoa f\u00edsica a entidades p\u00fablicas ou a institui\u00e7\u00f5es privadas sem fins lucrativos que tenham objetivos c\u00edvicos, culturais, educacionais, cient\u00edficos, recreativos ou de assist\u00eancia social.<\/p>\n
